Wholesale Quotation Request Form

       Please bear in mind:

  • In order to qualify for a Wholesale quotation, the minimum items requested shall be 30+

  • Expect a transportation cost of around US $200 (USA & Canada) per pallet (7 to 12 items)

  • Production time varies, but expect about 1 week for every 30 items.

  • The quotation provided is not a final contract, but rather an initial quotation.

  • Upon further discussion of the project, we´ll provide a formal invoice.

  • In case you require one same Type of Furniture but in different colors you need to submit one Wholesale request Form for each different color.

  • In the event you want to personalize your designs with customized color combinations, under the color field below, select Custom, and make sure you access the

Custom-Designs section.
